Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Doctrader Global ("DocTrader", "we", "us"). They govern your application for a seat, your membership, and your use of doctraderglobal.com, The DocTrader Room, and the modules and tools we provide.
By applying for a seat or using the platform, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not apply and do not use the platform.
1.Educational purpose only — not investment advice
This is the most important term in this agreement. Read it carefully.
DocTrader is an educational platform. We are not a broker, an investment adviser, a research analyst, a portfolio manager, or a financial planner, and we are not registered as any of these. Nothing we provide is investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security or instrument.
The DocTrader Global System™, including Capital Shield™, the DocTrader Protocol™, The 15-Minute Round™, and Global Edge™, is a framework for making your own decisions. It is taught for education. It is not personalised to your circumstances, and it does not take account of your objectives, financial situation, tax position, or risk tolerance.
Every trade you place is your own decision, made on your own account and at your own risk. You should obtain independent, licensed advice before acting on anything you learn here.
2.Risk
Trading and investing carry risk, including the risk of losing some or all of your capital. Global markets add currency, tax, settlement, and regulatory risk.
"Capital protection first" describes the order in which the system teaches you to think. It is a methodology, not a guarantee: it does not protect against loss, and no part of the platform promises that your capital is safe. Member experiences shared on the site are individual, voluntary, and are not a promise of any outcome. Past performance does not indicate future results. We do not guarantee any profit, income, or result.
3.Eligibility and admission
Membership is restricted to licensed doctors. Seats are by application only and intake is limited.
- You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
- You must be a licensed doctor, and you must give us accurate credential information so we can verify that.
- We verify credentials before granting access, and we may ask for further evidence at any time.
- Admission is at our discretion. We may decline any application without giving reasons.
- If your credentials cannot be verified, or you gave false information, we may refuse or revoke access.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your membership and your trading comply with the laws, and any employer or professional obligations, that apply to you.
4.Your account
Your account is personal to you. Keep your password confidential, do not share your login, and do not let anyone else use your account. Membership is one seat per doctor and may not be transferred. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5.Fees
Any fees for membership, and the billing period and refund terms that apply to them, are the ones communicated to you in writing before you enrol. Unless we state otherwise in writing, fees exclude taxes, which are your responsibility. If you do not pay a fee when it is due, we may suspend or end your access.
6.Conduct in The DocTrader Room
The Room works because of who is in it and how they behave. As a member you agree not to:
- Give investment advice, tips, or calls to other members, or ask them for any.
- Solicit, market, promote, or recruit for any product, service, fund, or scheme.
- Share, record, republish, or resell platform materials, sessions, or the words of other members outside the Room.
- Post anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Misrepresent your credentials, identity, or affiliation.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
7.Confidentiality of the community
What members share in the Room is shared in confidence, among peers, on the understanding that it stays there. Treat it accordingly. This obligation continues after your membership ends.
8.Intellectual property
The platform, the modules, the checklists, the scanner, the indicators, the templates, and the marks DocTrader, The DocTrader Room™, the DocTrader Global System™, Capital Shield™, the DocTrader Protocol™, The 15-Minute Round™, and Global Edge™ are ours and remain ours.
While your membership is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the materials for your own learning and your own trading. You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, publish, record, or teach them to anyone else, or use them to build a competing offering.
If you post content in the Room, it stays yours. You grant us a licence to host and display it to members so the community can function.
9.Tools and market data
The scanner, indicators, and charts are provided as-is, for education. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and may come from third parties whose terms apply to their data. Do not rely on it as the sole basis of a decision, and verify anything that matters with your broker or an authoritative source.
10.Availability
We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features, and we may run maintenance, without being liable to you for doing so.
11.Suspension and termination
You may end your membership at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end your access immediately if you breach these terms, if your credentials cannot be verified, if your conduct harms the community, or if we are required to by law.
When your membership ends, your licence to the materials ends and your access to the Room stops. The sections that by their nature should survive — confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law — continue to apply.
12.Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, the platform and everything in it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
13.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading or investment loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform — including any decision you make on the basis of what you learn here.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the platform, or your breach of any law or third-party right.
15.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform or the law changes. We will update the date at the top of this page, and where a change is significant we will tell members directly. If you keep using the platform after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
16.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to them.
